Please double-check the artwork, size, finish, and phone model you selected before completing checkout. Many Black N Artsy products are created especially for your order.

Production and shipping

Printed products and accessories may require production time before they ship. If your order includes items made by different production partners, they may arrive in separate packages. Available shipping options and delivery estimates are shown during checkout, and tracking is emailed when it becomes available.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact Black N Artsy as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review what happened.

Returns and cancellations

Eligibility depends on the item and order status, especially for made-to-order and customized work. Please review the refund policy before purchasing and contact us quickly if you need help.

Caring for your artwork

Keep prints and canvases away from prolonged direct sunlight, high humidity, and moisture. Handle unframed prints with clean, dry hands. Clean phone cases and accessories gently with a soft, damp cloth.
